I have 6 years of experience at CX/UX-research and service design. As a designer and researcher I worked with companies from industries like: banking, e-com, telecom, agriculture, government services, education, etc.
In my work I focus on implementing the UX-discovery process in product teams, on using and making new research methods and tools to better understand human needs and on ensuring the priority of the better UX in design decisions.
